Our transaction terms.

Step 1 - Fax or email P.O to us to confirm purchase.

Step 2 - Deposit full amount to DEBIZ ENTERPRISE (Payment Before Delivery; Refer our Bank payment methods.) or purchase through our eShop (Paypal available).

Step 3 - Email transaction slip to us at mailto: sales@bizbit.com. If using GIRO, kindly notify us by emailing us of transaction.

Step 4 - Email your company details (Contact person name, Company's name, Address, Telephone Contacts, *Email) to us.

Step 5 - License Number be Emailed to you upon cheque clearance or COD for Bank Order Cheques. Kindly read together with our terms and conditions here (see delivery terms).

Frequent Asked Questions (F.A.Q):

1) How to Order products (eShop):

  • Select one of our product.
  • Our system will require you to login (if you already have an account with us)
  • If you do not have an account with us, no worries, just register a new account.
  • Once you have registered, select the product again and 'Add to Cart'.
  • You can then either continue to shop or proceed to CheckOut.
  • Remember to fill in your delivery address upon CheckOut.
    • Note: Although all our products are Electronic Deliver Software (EDS) via email/online, it is neccessary to fill in the delivery address for record purposes.
  • On 'Check Out', you are requested to make payment either by Bank Transfer or Paypal using your credit card.
  • Make your selection and remember to check your orders.
  • Click 'Next' to complete the Ordering process.
  • You should receive a confirmation email.

2) Requesting an Official Quotation:

  • We will be glad to provide Official Quotations.
  • Use either 'Quick Contact' in Home page or use our Contact Form here to contact us.
  • Remember to fill in your 'email' address for correspondence purposes.

3) Delivery/Shipping of Order(s):

  • Using eShop is easy:
    • On receiving your order(s), we will email you our invoice for payment purposes.
    • Upon receiving payment clearance, your license serials and/or keys will be emailed to your email address as stated during your registration.
  • NOT using eShop is also easy (requesting an official quotation):
    • Just send us your Purchase Order (PO) or acknowledge on our quotation and return to us by email (this is to confirm the correct order or your selected product).
    • On receiving your PO or order(s), we will email you our invoice for payment purposes.
    • Upon receiving payment clearance, your license serials and/or keys will be emailed to your email address.
    • If using Credit Card, see our Credit Card payment with PAYPAL.
  • Estimated time of delivery depending on products:
    • progeCAD products shall be immediate upon receiving full payment (upon clearance of cheque or credit card process).
    • Other products; within 24 to 48 working hours due to pre-registration is required by software developer.

  • No worries, kindly check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' mail folder.
  • If you are having problem receiving it, please make sure that you have input a valid email.

6) Cancellation of products:

  • We apologised as upon confirmation of orders and delivery/shipping of your order(s), there will be no 'cancellation'.
  • Kindly make your selection carefully and confirm.

7) Credit Card payment with PAYPAL

  • You can make your payment with PAYPAL credit card. 
  • Either order and buy directly from our eShop or we shall forward you an invoice from PAYPAL for payment process.

8) Requesting for Online Remote Support
Arrangement for remote support can also be made with this form. On contacting us for remote support, we shall reply with tentative date and time with following conditions:-

  • We do not assume any responsibility for the programs installed on your computer or the software for protecting these (virus scanners or firewalls).
  • We do not accept any liability for faults that it has not caused, even if these occur at a similar time to when the support was provided.
  • We assures you that our employees are suitably trained and adhere to non-disclosure and due diligence obligations.
  • Please note that this service is only available to you during our business hours and following an agreement made over email in writing with our support staff.
    1. The consultant cannot view your PC without your expressed permission.
    2. The consultant cannot work with you without your expressed permission.
    3. Data cannot be removed from your PC unnoticed and without your permission.
    4. You can terminate the joint session at any time.
