Click on ProgeCAD icon and start ProgeCAD 2007 /2008

Click Exit and then restart ProgeCAD to repeat Step 1 till Step 3

No more Step 13. Registration completed and ProgeCAD activated.
Start ProgeCAD and check registration info in top menu 'Help' and click on 'Register'.
