1. All purchases or orders made must comply to the terms & conditions stated here.
2. All orders & purchases will be made online & usage of email for communications purposes.
3. Discounts offered online are for customers only & Not Applicable for dealers or resellers.
4. All gifts (if any) are while stock last.
5. Online support only.
6. OnSite support upon request and shall be reimbursable accordingly.
7. Online discounts & offers does not apply to Government agencies, institutions or charity organization; as Special Discount will be offered to these organizations separately.
8. Our pricelists are subjected to change without prior notice. Obtain official quotation before making purchases.
9. Prices peg at 1 Euro = 4.4 Ringgit & 1 USD = 3.2 Ringgit. Peg will change without prior notice and depending on Malaysia Currency Exchange.
10. Item sold are Non-refundable or replaceable.

12. ProgeCAD T&C
    1. All purchases for CAD Products (ProgeCAD Only) includes installation CD. One (1) CD pack for Two (2) licenses and subsequent One (1) CD for every Fifth (5th) licenses purchase. All other products not specified here shall be electronic downloadable online only (no CD provided). Delivery within Malaysia Only.
       1. Example of CD pack distribution:
          1. Two (2) to Five (5) Licenses - One (1) CD pack.
          2. Six (6) to Ten (10) Licenses - Two (2) CD pack.
          3. Subsequent every Fifth (5th) additional Licenses - additional One (1) CD pack.
       2. For international customers - No CD pack available. Only Electronic Downloaded Edition applies.
    2. ProgeCAD license bundle with FREE patch updates but not for Version Upgrade. Separate purchase applies for Version Upgrade
       1. Example v2000.0.1 to v2000.1.50 FREE patch updates.
       2. Example v2000 upgrade to v2001; upgrade fees applies.
    3. ProgeCAD license if bundle with iCare Subscription Serivce; FREE upgrade to Latest Edition.
    4. iCare Subscription Service is renewable annually. Refer to icare.aspx.
    5. Request for installation CD other than specified above can be purchased at RM 150.00 per CD depending location of delivery.
    6. All CD's has been tested against defects before delivery. All complains on defective CD's must be reported within 1 week of receiving. Replacement for defective CD's after the complain period shall be reimbusable and be accordance to descretion of Debiz Enterprise / Arckizen Sdn Bhd.
    7. Only ProgeCAD Professional stocks are readily available except for orders that are more than 15 licenses.
13. Online calculator is NOT an official quotation and merely representation of actual price. To make a purchase and confirmation of FREE gift (if any), please obtain an official quotation from Debiz Enterprise.
14. We are merely Distributor /Reseller to all software product listed on http://www.bizbit.com and/or http://www.progecad.com.my & shall not be held any responsiblity to the installation, performance and/or working of all software products as these products are copyrighted by relevent manufacturer(s) & producer(s).
15. All bugs and/error found while using the products are solely the manufacturer(s) & producer(s) responsibility and shall not hold Debiz Enterprise or Arckizen Sdn Bhd liable of any inconvenient caused.
16. Before downloading and installing any of the software, you are advised to backup all your data. We shall not be hold liable of any data lost if you fail to perform backup to your system prior to installation.
17. Our Contacting hours; Daytime Team from 7.00am to 5.00pm. NightTime Team from 5.00pm to 12.00am. Monday to Friday (Weekdays 24 working hours respond time). Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays (Within 48 working hours respond time). We strive to achieve our service level.
